Instructions

Bistro ACS provides the ability to purchase Bistro Tickets online. In order to do so, please follow these steps:

1. Select a day and location for lunch
   View ACS 2009 Exhibit Floor Plan
2. Review the Bistro ACS Menu
3. Add Bistro Tickets to your shopping cart. Tickets can be purchased in the following packages:
   1. Table of 10
      • Perfect for small lunch conferences and round table discussions
      • Includes:
        • One (1) large round table with 10 seats
        • 20 lunch tickets
        • Additional lunch Tickets can be purchased for this reservation
   2. Table of 4
      • Perfect for small sales meetings
      • Includes:
      • One (1) small table with 4 seats
      • 10 lunch tickets
      • Additional lunch Tickets can be purchased for this reservation
   3. Individual Bistro Ticket
      1. Includes one (1) lunch Ticket, good for lunch at Bistro ACS 
4. Bistro ACS Ticket confirmation and receipt will be e-mailed to you
5. Ticket Pickup
   Bistro Ticket pick up instructions will be e-mailed to you prior to the Convention.   
6. Invite Guests to have lunch with you at your reserved table
   Schedule meetings with your guests at your table. The table is reserved for you for the entire day. Bistro ACS serves lunch daily from 11:00am - 2:30 pm
7. Visit Bistro ACS during lunch. Our Bistro Host will show you to your table.
